Natural Dimensions were commissioned to redesign these key city centre spaces to help boost the day time and evening economy of the historic part of the city. Designs intend to establish the Greenmarket as a cultural destination with a new event space and stage surrounded by modern tiered seating which incorporates innovative art work. Designs also propose significant improvements to the appearance of Market Square . Materials to be used are highest quality stone commensurate with the historic value of the surrounding buildings.
