A landscape and visual assessment (LVIA) was produced for a planning application currently under consideration within the Wilmslow Park residential area in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

The REPORT

The proposed development comprises the construction of 4 dwellings with new access driveways adjacent the Bollin Valley. Mitigation proposals were incorporated into the design and a full character assessment of the Bollin Valley local to the scheme was undertaken as part of the landscape and visual assessment. Photo realistic visualisations were produced to support the assessment.
